  • Learn how to select singing bowls for specific purposes

  • Learn how to assess and monitor nervous system sensitivity
  • Understand 10 ways to AVOID ADVERSE EFFECTS
  • Understand binaural beats, octave resonance and harmonic resonance
  • Practice playing bowls on the body ​
