This shows how Nancy uses crystal bowls for individual sound therapy, as well as for meditation groups and sacred sound circles. Crystal bowls have been around since Egyptian times but have made a resurgence since the 1990s.
What happens when you play crystal singing bowls with babies and toddlers? Magic! I wasn't sure how they would react, so I mixed lively music with serene sounds and kept their attention. Aren't these little ones delightful?
