What are Nancy’s qualifications?

Nancy earned an MA in Classical Adlerian Psychology in 1986. Since then, she’s been employed in numerous positions as a social worker, mental health counsellor, teacher, grant writer, and program administrator. She has broad experience, having worked in schools, universities, mental health clinics, non-profits, literacy programs, parent education programs and health care settings.  She has been in private practice since 2011.

What is Nancy’s approach to counselling?

Nancy takes a holistic approach to wellness. She focuses on solutions and the positive lessons that adversity teaches.  She’ll assess your strengths, and use those traits to help get you unstuck. You’ll learn powerful, practical tools that build courage, hope, confidence, kindness, compassion and joy. Nancy will show you concrete ways to develop those capacities in everyday life.

Each of Nancy’s clients receives a personal treatment plan, based on their unique situation.  Treatment methods may include holistic counselling, Reiki, Sound Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, guided meditation, Classical Adlerian psychotherapy and JSD acupressure.

$132 per 50 minutes (Includes GST)

Some extended medical plans cover the services of RCCs.  Please check with your plan administrator in advance so that you know your coverage.  Nancy will give you receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.
