Join Nancy Watters for immersion in the soothing, pure harmonic tones of Alchemy™ quartz crystal singing bowls and angelic overtone singing. Learn sound healing techniques that transform cellular structure, shift brain states, reduce stress and reconnect you with your true Essence.

Now sound is being rediscovered, and acclaimed as a leading edge tool for creating optimal health.  Crystal singing bowls, in particular, help people de-stress more deeply and rapidly than years meditation. They are a powerful addition to traditional medical methods.   • Understand binaural beats, octave resonance and harmonic resonance
  • Practice playing bowls on the body
